Sponsorship
We are often approached for sponsorship from a raft of people and organizations, but not all are a good fit with the values that drive our company.
We recognize that our people are what makes Eastland Group so successful and innovative. Our brand is strong, respected and well recognized because of those people. Our ability to meet the requirements of our customers is dependent on having smart motivated people delivering to customers' needs. Having the right people focusing on providing customer driven solutions will lead to the right solutions and in turn, profitable commercial returns. And because we fully believe it is our communities that create those people, we like to support the communities in which we operate.
Regional prosperity is created through prudent investment, and sponsorship is not only good business sense to us, but it fulfills our desire to be socially responsible. Eastland Group has a number of strategic objectives focused around growth, the customer and the people who work for the business. These objectives drive us.
When we consider a sponsorship proposal we look for the following:
- a partnership where both parties complement each other
- is of benefit the wider community
- embrace the values our own staff believe in
- people or events that are results driven
- supports our brand in its belief in being economically, socially, environmentally and culturally responsible
Our sponsorship is unlikely to include
- events that involve alcohol or tobacco
- high risk events
