Electricity and Gas Complaints Scheme
We are members of the Electricity and Gas Complaints Scheme and abide by the following process:
Once we receive your formal complaint, we have 20 working days to find out what went wrong and try to fix the problem.
If after this period we have not reached an acceptable solution, you may decide to take the complaint to the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commissioner. The Commissioner can be contacted at:
