A completed ‘Application for Service' form is required, for all new connections and any alterations to existing connections, including meter relocations, which may affect the operation of the network. This form is not an application for the supply of electricity. A separate application must be made to an energy retailer for the supply of electricity. Your installation will only become live once an energy retailer has processed and approved your application.
The ‘Application for Service form may be obtained from any network approved contractor (see list below). A sample form can be downloaded as a PDF (also below). If any details required for the processing of the application are not provided or are incomplete or illegible, the application will not be processed and will be returned.
The applicant should allow five working days (from the receipt of the completed form by the Network) for the processing of this application.
