Gisborne Airport Tariffs
Eastland Infrastructure has now been managing and operating Gisborne Airport since 1 April 2005, when it took operational and developmental control of the airport from Gisborne District Council under a long term lease. During this time, we have been working to improve facilities for airport users, including aircraft owners and operators, the traveling public, as well as other parties involved in airport operations.
Eastland Infrastructure has also been working to move all relations with airport users onto an equitable and commercial basis. With this in mind, Eastland Infrastructure is now beginning a review of the tariff structure at Gisborne Airport.
Users of Gisborne Airport and the public, through our website, were invited to make submissions on the pricing methodology for the determination of landing fees at Gisborne Airport. The closing date for submissions was the 16th of June 2006. Eastland Infrastructure has now completed the review of the submissions received and produced a final pricing methodology for the determination of landing fees at Gisborne Airport. A copy is available here:
Eastland Infrastructure is now in the process of calculating landing fees in accordance with this pricing methodology and will produce a set of landing fees for Gisborne Airport which will be published on this website soon.
